Key Players of the Stylordz Hip Hop Network

TRX is the capital architect of The Stylordz Hip Hop Network, aspiring to establish a central nexus for artists under the elements of Hip Hop.  It is both a school and a production/promotional company for Hip Hop artists in music (production, promotion, DJs), dance and graphic arts.

Kazzer was always involved in the background with TRX during shows.  Started as a breakdancer under TRX’s guidance.  Began MCing.  Winner of the 1st Klassic Klashes 1998.

His first album was titled, Go For Broke, recorded by Morph Studio.  Hypnotic management picked him up leading to Sony /Epic Record company.    He signed with Sony in 2001, merging Hip Hop elements to rock and created Kazzer.    Since then he has toured the US and is set to release in 2003.  His song Pedal to the Metal has received heavy airplay at some NFL stadiums.  His song is featured in 3 Hollywood movies and various American TV shows.  The Drunken Mountie was released April1st, 2003.  www.kazzermusic.com

KX is a Stylordz Executive operator and mixer. KX and TRX are brothers and are the executive producers of Stylordz.  KX specializes in beat productions and is the executive operator in video productions.  Most importantly, he specializes in beats: “Beats from the streets for all Artists in need. Over 1000 beats to select from.”

Adapta is the Production studio in both video and music manifestation.  He is the organization’s key engineer and computer technician. Adapta has done background work for big budget films and edits footage for many people.

Charly B At the age of 15, Charly B spent one year as an exchange student in Jamaica.  Upon his return to Geneva, he started to write songs on reggae rhythms.  He went to Toronto to study audio engineering and began considering a career in music after meeting the Stylordz.  The Stylordz were working on their compilation album when they linked. He was down with Stylordz and was to represent Stylordz when he was in France or Jamaica. He returned to Canada for the Congress and to record his album and video.  Expect to see him and Trigga around in the Hip Hop scene.  Charly B performed at the Jamaican summer fest in Jamaica 2003 and Charly B won 1st prize in France as the best Reggae DJ.  www.charlyb.com

Trigga  - Trigga and TRX go back as far as The Bally Hoo Kru doing music.  He started rapping and producing at the age of 15 in and around Hamilton and Toronto.  His biggest achievement in music came in 1995 with a debut spot on a single titled, “do you like my flow?’ with the Bally Hoo Kru with Bally Hoo North Records.

He also opened for Public Enemy, Leaders of the New School and Fu Schnickens.

July 20th, 2000 marked a turning point in his life.  A gunshot wound, armed him with a new understanding of human frailty and the need to speak truthfully within the lyrics.  He hopes to inspire young people to seek a more positive means of attaining their goals and dreams and hopes that be vocalizing what he has learned may save them from making the same mistakes.

From the Outposts of Hip Hop: Hip Hop as a physical science

On November 23rd, 2003, the Stylordz held their first Hip Hop Congress in a private, downtown Hamilton (a.k.a. Steel City, Canada) location.  The congress marked a cap in the history of this organization and is truly an example of how Hip Hop has developed since its pioneering days – this rebellious art form and urban storytelling turned industry, philosophy and science.
